Our hours in GCC time
We work Sunday to Friday, from 12:00 to 22:00 India time, and we are off on Saturday. Here is the same window in your time zone:

You can message us at any time. Messages that arrive outside these hours wait for the next working day.
What to include in your first message
A good first message saves a round of questions. Try to include:
- your platform: MT4, MT5, TradingView or a broker API,
- the tool you need, such as an EA, an indicator, a copier or a bridge,
- your entry, exit and risk rules in plain words,
- the symbols and timeframes you trade,
- your account type, for example a prop firm or swap-free account,
- whether you want the source code,
- your budget range and any deadline.
Screenshots of past setups help a lot. If your rules are still rough, that is fine too, because we can shape them together.
What happens after you contact us
First, we read your message and ask questions until the rules are clear. Then we send a short written spec and a fixed quote in USD. Nothing starts until you approve both. The custom EA development process page shows every step, and the expert advisor development cost page shows typical prices.
Reply times depend on the day and on how complex your request is. We answer messages in the order they arrive, during the hours above, and we keep every message private.
